When you book our room, you can enjoy a variety of amenities and services designed to enhance your experience. Some of the features included are: Retractable screen, whiteboard, water & mints, onsite IT support, free parking, and other amenities for your convenience.

We are well-versed in both classic and agile formats, creating an optimal work setting to foster collaboration and interaction. Beyond providing the workspace, we offer comprehensive planning assistance, including catering options and a dedicated moderator to support you throughout the day. A one-stop solution delivered by our expert team.

We prioritize your needs and customize our opening hours accordingly. Our rooms are accessible on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays, ensuring flexibility. However, room bookings can only be made during regular business hours from Monday to Friday.

When making a reservation, a deposit is required, and the final invoice will be provided after the event. Apart from standard invoicing, we also accept on-site payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) for your convenience.

Our food and beverage offerings are highly favored by attendees and event organizers. They perfectly cater to the unique demands of meetings, training sessions, and workshops, aligning with the modern needs of such gatherings. Self-catering is an option, subject to a flat fee of 10 AUD per person, covering crockery, cutlery, and waste disposal.
